We know how exciting it is to wait for your new gear, so we always try our absolute best to work ahead of schedule and ensure your order gets made and shipped out to you ASAP!
Once your order is beautifully packed and ready to go, we hand it over to our trusted courier partners to get it safely to your door. All our orders are fulfilled through The Courier Guy and/or Pudo.
Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days once the package has left our workshop. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your specific region or if you are located in an outlying area.
We want you to be able to follow your package's journey every step of the way! As soon as your order is processed and packed, a waybill will be created by the courier.
We will send this tracking number (waybill) directly to you via email or WhatsApp so you can track your Little Hearo gear right up until it reaches your front door.
